Role Overview
We are seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic marketing team in the capacity of performance marketing. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable marketing campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the online visibility and patient acquisition for our dental clinic through data-driven strategies and innovative performance marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram with a primary focus on dental services.
- Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and ensure efficient ROI for each channel.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy and landing pages tailored for dental clinic marketing.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and reporting for all paid media spend to maximize patient bookings.
- Conduct A/B tests and continuously refine campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, especially within the healthcare and dental sectors.
Must have requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing for a dental clinic or healthcare sector.
- Hands-on expertise in running Google Ads and social media ad campaigns targeting local patients.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Ability to develop strategies aimed at patient growth and retention for dental clinics.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with local SEO and content marketing for dental clinics.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
- Intermediate design skills for simple ad creatives or landing pages.
