Assistant Manager Finance

 

We are one of the leading healthcare and dental groups in the UAE, and we're looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing finance team.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll support day-to-day finance operations, deliver sharp analysis and reporting, and help bring modern, AI-driven ways of working into the finance function.

What you'll do

    •    Support the Finance Manager across daily operations, reconciliations, and month-end close
    •    Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
    •    Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across our clinic network
    •    Use SAP for transactions, reconciliations, and reporting
    •    Apply AI and automation tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work
    •    Work with operations and clinic teams on financial insights, and support audits
What you bring

    •    Chartered Accountant (CA), mandatory
    •    Around 5 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounts
    •    Strong hands-on experience with SAP and report generation
    •    Excellent analytical skills and a track record of clear, insightful reporting
    •    Working knowledge of the latest AI tools for finance
    •    Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
    •    Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have: healthcare or multi-branch experience.
