Lab Technician

Diploma or certification in Dental Technology or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a dental technician.

Minimum 1 year experience as a plaster technician

Male candidate preferred.

Nationality preference: Indian, Europe or Filipino.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the fabrication and finishing of full-coverage crown restorations.

Minimum 2 years of manual wax-up experience.

Experience working with zirconia restorations and implant-supported cases.

Strong understanding of occlusion (bite analysis) and functional anatomy.

Good knowledge of tooth morphology and esthetic contouring.

Ability to perform manual wax-ups accurately.

Competent in fitting, staining, and glazing single zirconia crowns.

Basic ceramic build-up skills.

Understanding of implant restorative cases and related laboratory procedures.

Ability to identify and correct contact, margin, and occlusal issues before final delivery.

Familiarity with standard dental laboratory equipment and workflows.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good hand skills and artistic ability.

Ability to finish 20 units zirconia full anatomy per day in good quality.

Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.

Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Reliable, responsible, and able to meet production deadlines.

Willingness to learn and develop advanced ceramic techniques.

Salary: As per market standards

Work Schedule: 6 days per week.

Day Off: 1 day per week.

Immediate availability is preferred.

Experience in a modern dental laboratory environment is an advantage.
