As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing prompt and professional support over phone, email, and chat. As part of our team in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, collaborating closely with colleagues and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests.
Maintain accurate records of all conversations in our database using detailed and clear data entry.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets set by the management.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with proper documentation.
Provide concise and clear information about products, services, and processes to customers.
Must have requirements
Previous call center experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must speak well and convey information clearly.
Proficient computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
