Job description
Role summary Create high-volume, platform-native short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that builds brand awareness and patient acquisition across our clinics, with a focus on younger audiences. This role sits alongside our existing videographers who handle long-form doctor and treatment content — it is distinct, trend-led, and fast-turnaround.
Core technical skills (required)
- Trend fluency — actively follows TikTok/Reels trends, trending audio, formats, and hooks, and can turn them around within days while relevant
- Mobile-first shooting — comfortable shooting broadcast-quality vertical video on iPhone as well as cameras; run-and-gun style in live clinic environments with available light
- Fast editing — CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere Pro; captioning/subtitling, jump cuts, text overlays, audio syncing, basic motion graphics (After Effects a plus). Can also edit long videos
- Content ideation — pitches concepts and storyboards, doesn’t just execute a brief; can fill a content calendar
- On-camera direction — makes doctors and staff (who are usually not natural on camera) relaxed and authentic
- Platform analytics literacy — reads Instagram/TikTok insights and iterates based on what performs
Experience
- 2–3+ years producing short-form social content with a portfolio of published work (this is the real filter — see below)
- Ideally from healthcare, dental, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or personal-brand/face-driven content
- Familiarity with the UAE market and cultural sensitivities; English essential, Arabic a strong plus
Nice-to-have
- Photography, basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop), caption copywriting, UGC/influencer-style content, and familiarity with AI editing/video tools
