Job description
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Practice Manager, Clinic Manager, or Healthcare Operations Manager in Dubai/UAE
- Strong understanding of dental clinic operations, patient journey, scheduling, insurance processes, and revenue management
- Proven track record in managing multi-disciplinary teams, including Front Desk, Treatment Coordinators, Nurses, and Doctors
- Experience in driving revenue growth, patient acquisition, treatment plan conversion, and operational KPIs
- Strong knowledge of DHA regulations, healthcare compliance, and clinic policies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to analyze reports, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve clinic performance
- Experience handling patient complaints and ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction
- Proficient in clinic management systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation
- Preferred: Previous experience in a high-volume dental group in the UAE
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking would be an advantage
